企业工会的基本任务


执行会员大会或会员代表大会的决议和上级工会的决定,主持基层工会的日常工作。

代表和组织职工依照法律规定,通过职工代表大会和其他形式,参加本单位民主管理和民主监督。企业、工会委员会是职工代表大会工作机构,负责职工代表大会 的日常工作,检查、督促职工代表大会决议的执行。

参与协调劳动关系和调解劳动争议,与企业行政方面建立协商制度,协商解决涉及职工切身利益问题。帮助和指导职工与企业行政方面签订劳动合同,代表职工与企业行政方面签订集体合同或其他协议,并监督执行。

组织职工开展劳动竞赛、合理化建议、技术创新和技术协作活动,总结推广先进经验。做好先进生产(工作)者和劳动模 范的评选、表彰、培养和管理工作。

对职工进行思想政治教育,鼓励支持职工学习文化科学技术和管理知识,开展健康的文化体育活动。办好工会文化、教育、体育事业。

监督有关法律、法规的贯彻执行。协助和督促行政全面做好劳动保险、劳动保护工作,办好职工集体福利事业,改进职工生活。

维护女职工的特定利益,同歧视、虐待、摧残、迫害女职工的现象作斗争。

搞好工会组织设,加强民主制度和民主生活,建立和发展工会积极分子队伍,做好新会员的接收、教育工作。

收好、管好、用好工会经费,管理好工会财产。

Execute resolutions of the general meeting or representative meeting of members and decisions of higher-level trade unions, and preside over the daily work of grassroots trade unions.

Representing and organizing employees to participate in democratic management and supervision of the unit through the employee representative assembly and other forms in accordance with legal provisions. The enterprise and trade union committee are the working bodies of the workers' congress, responsible for the daily work of the workers' congress, inspecting and supervising the implementation of the resolutions of the workers' congress.

Organize employees to engage in labor competitions, rationalization proposals, technological innovation, and technological collaboration activities, and summarize and promote advanced experiences. Do a good job in the selection, commendation, training and management of advanced producers (workers) and model worker.

Provide ideological and political education to employees, encourage and support them to learn cultural, scientific, technological, and management knowledge, and carry out healthy cultural and sports activities. Promote trade union culture, education, and sports.

Supervise the implementation of relevant laws and regulations. Assist and supervise the administration to comprehensively carry out labor insurance and labor protection work, do a good job in collective welfare for employees, and improve their lives.

To safeguard the specific interests of female workers and fight against discrimination, abuse, devastation, and persecution of female workers.

Strengthen the organization of trade unions, strengthen democratic systems and democratic life, establish and develop a team of active members of trade unions, and do a good job in receiving and educating new members.

Collect, manage, and make good use of union funds, and manage union assets.
